What a tester gets

A guided, step-by-step run of your protocol in the BetaSuite app — Pass/Fail, rating, NPS, or multiple choice, with photo, video, or dual-recording evidence where you require it — finishing in a PDF report they can send straight back to you. If a tester has AI on and has allowed protocol translation, the app translates your steps into their language through their chosen AI provider. It never does this in Confidential Mode, so ask testers to turn that on for protocols under NDA.

How results come back to you

Add a programme to your protocol in the Builder — a results email and a label for however you identify testers (an ID, a serial number). Each tester's app then offers a one-tap "Send results" once they finish a run, emailing you their PDF report plus a machine-readable results file. Drop everyone's results files into the Builder's Results tab to merge pass/fail counts, ratings, NPS, and choice answers across your whole cohort — entirely in your browser, nothing uploaded.

iOS — Apple Business Manager

Buy BetaSuite in volume through Apple Business Manager at the normal App Store price, then distribute redemption codes to your testers — no App Store account sharing, no reimbursing anyone. One caveat: a code is tied to the country storefront it was bought against, so testers in other countries need a batch bought against their own storefront.

Android — Google Play

Each tester buys BetaSuite on Google Play — a one-off purchase, no subscription to manage. For a cohort, contact us with the number of testers and we can arrange Google Play promo codes, which testers redeem in the Play Store.
